At 6'6" and 240, he won't need many blocking skills as a WR. He can just get in the way of a DB and do better job blocking than 80% of WR's out there who don't even try!
I'd take him at #13 if we couldn't trade down or if we feel that a team will take him in the 20's. Its not like we haven't reached before (Babin, Wand, Hollings)!
Like I said before, I feel he could improve our pass protection. If we have AJ and Jones both able to break tackles and take it all the way to the house on any 5 yard reception, teams should be less likely to blitz Carr. I don't feel like you're able to get that threat as likely with Clayton, Williams, Gibson, etc.
