Madden 2005 Draft

TigerBait

Waterboy
im playing Madden as the Texans, and in honor of the draft, I went 7-9 (on purpose) in the season but got the 8th pick.
Here are some options:
Name|Position|Hieght|Wieght|ProjectedRound|40Time|BenchReps|Age|School

Steve Thomas|WR|6'4''|215|1st|4.41|13|22|Washington
Jacquez Hewitt|WR|5'11''|192|1st|4.38|10|21|Arizona
Rashaan Frazier|LT|6'7''|316|1st|5.19|33|24|N'Western St.
Ricky Simmons|RT|6'7''|299|1st|5.01|31|21|Clemson
Dennis Lee|LE|6'3''|280|Top 10|4.46|28|22|New Mexico
Orlando Logan|RE|6'3''|271|Top 10|4.50|22|23|LA. Tech
Bruce Douglas|DT|6'0''|290|1st|4.83|32|23|North Carolina
Kevin Thomas|OLB|6'0''|222|1st|4.53|20|22|North Texas
Marquez Ogden|OLB|6'2''|251|1st|4.38|18|23|SMU

I have updated the rosters so we have PB, Greenwood, and others. Sharper, Foreman and others are gone...
these are the players i could see the Texans considering at #8 who are available at #8. Opinions? O and feel free to do the same and post it up here if you own Madden...

how bout actually using some real named rosters from NCAA and them uploading a draft class, no one cares about these made up guys

LOL, looking at Dennis Lee's numbers, i would pick him. Looks like Julius Peppers, 4.46 spd, he can play OLB.

Even though these are completely fictitious, I would take:

Marquez Ogden|OLB|6'2''|251|1st|4.38|18|23|SMU

4.38 for an OLB is insane...

I drafted a 6'7 280 DE who ran a 4.31(coulda been a 4.29) first overall once. Guy couldnt get off a block to save his life. He'd get pushed off or would get pancaked EVERY single snap. Talk about a bust...
