Per @MikeGarafolo, the #Lions will release DE Kyle Vanden Bosch. He had 16 sacks in the past three seasons.

Vanden Bosch was rated 62nd out of 62 4-3 DEs who took at least 25% of team snaps. He'll be 35.

One of the best effort players in the league, but the talent level, or lack hereof, is catching up to him. He was easy to block from what I saw in Lion games. That he has lasted this long in the league is a testament to his work ethic.
