LA Rams add male cheerleaders

Umm maybe I'm just getting hung up on semantics. I know the article says the Ravens have male cheerleaders who don't dance but they were still called cheerleaders..... :-) so doesn't that mean they were still first team to have male cheerleaders? All the articles below claim that the Ravens were first.....

Cheerleaders are dumb at the professional level. The whole concept is idiotic. Are they easy on the eyes? Sure. I've been to a couple of games with friends who just go slack-jawed with glazed over eyes when they walk out on the field and I've never understood it. Yes I like women. Yes the Texans cheerleaders are attractive. I couldn't give two shits about them though and when I'm at a Texans game (which is almost never these days) every moment the game isn't in progress is a damned ordeal to me. TV time outs, TD celebrations with people running out on the field waving flags, and the whole overproduced show just gets me down. I go there to watch a football game.

1st half-dozen games back in 2002 we had folks trying to crowd in front of us to get cheerleader pictures (periodically after).

Almost got thrown out. The guy I sold my seats to saved me. Told the usher I didn't throw the 1st punch. Dickwads were trying to get "panty shots." What, are you 10?

Lol, same usher was there 10 years later. Someone (corporate seats) complained that I was standing. She walked down, said hi, told him he could leave or shut up.
 
oh dear :) was this really necessary to post ? was it? really? come on now lol. a recipe for chili would have been a better idea :) just sayingggg

pro televised sports is entertainment. You want pure sports? go to a high school game or jr college where absolutely none of the players have a chance at major college or pros.
