I am not too sure that he was all that successful here with our receivers, but he does seem to have an impressive resume. If he doesn't get the HC position (highly doubtful, ok, extremely doubtful) do you think he will be kept on staff. He has been a rb coach and OC before so he does have a varied background in coaching.

I know the previous coaching staff underperformed terribly, ..but how much of it can be laid at Capers and his co-ordinators feet. Assistants are at the mercy of their bosses.

Just curious if any of the previous staff will be retained, and who they will be.

Any thoughts?

Wipe the slate clean. Brown did not impress with his offense in Miami when he was OC there.

I doubt that he will stay once a new coach is put in place. The new coach will probably want to surround himself with guys he has worked with before.
