Juniors declaring for the 2017 NFL Draft

One of the best RB ever to play at Texas? Really?

1st tier

Earl/Ricky

2nd tier

Charles/Foreman/Woester/Benson/Bertlsen/Gilbert

I believe Foreman belongs in this group. He had a truly great yr, not only in terms of yds but in terms of being able to handle so many carries. He's truly a horse. I wonder about his hands at the NFL level, but his brother is a WR so maybe he was just not used in that facet of the game.

"I will forever treasure my experience as a Tiger." @LSUfootball's Leonard Fournette announces he will enter the NFL Draft.

Looks like it will be a strong RB class in next years draft. Unfortunately, the Texans will probably not even draft one.

DeShone Kizer - QB, Notre Dame
James Conner - RB, Pittsburgh
Charles Harris - EDGE, Missouri
Malik McDowell - DT, Michigan State
Nazair Jones - DT, North Carolina

They need too.

If Miller goes down this team is screwed.

The guys I like as a 4th rd RB in a deep RB draft that should be there in the 4th rd are BYU- Jamal Williams. Wyoming - Brian Hill

Agree, Agree ! James Conner and Kareem Hunt would be my choices. But we must begin with Ramczyk and either Billy Price or Forest Lamp. I know I am a broken record, but this team has worked so hard to get where it is, and we are so close !

You should hesitate on Ramczyk until after his hip surgery; also unsure if I want to start a guy with significant injury. I do think Lamp can play left tackle most see him as a guard.

Miami QB Brad Kaaya declares for draft. Big mistake.
I would use our 2nd for him although combine could change that.

guy on 610 said he thought Mahomes was "systems" QB until he watched him pass; "Mahomes had some laser accurate passes".

Ian Rapoport Retweeted TJ Watt

TJ Watt going pro.
I am very concerned about TJ's injuries. Shoulder and both knees IIRC. He did well on field this season though.

I want TJ in a Texans uni in a bad way next yr. Finally a LB to replace Cushing and cover RB's/TE's.

and like Cushing perhaps injured way too often?

Here's some food for thought on TJ Watt..........He injured his right knee in August of 2014 and missed the entire season, likely an ACL as he was described as having"blown out" his knee.......After surgery and rehab, Watt injured his left knee early in the spring of 2015 and required surgery, likely meniscus excision surgery because he came back relatively quickly to play in all 13 games in 2015 season..........end of Oct this year, he injured his left shoulder in the 1st half and was taken into the training room for treatment............but later returned to the game to play (there were reports that he may have gone into the Nebraska game already injured and re-injured it)...............at times during that game, he was seen struggling to get to the sidelines and off the field because his shoulder hurt so badly...........the way he was holding his arm and the fact he was back in the game makes it most likely that he dislocated his shoulder and had it reduced by medical staff........in later weeks, he described lingering "shooting pains" which would be is consistent with rotator cuff tear/impingement, something known to be caused by shoulder dislocation...............

Looks like I would pick him in the 2nd rd instead of the 1st.

Trubisky looks like a great QB prospect.
Needs some grooming, but I think I like him as much as Wentz, and I think his upside maybe even higher... for down the road of course.

Rick probably fancies his ability to pick them out of FA after Foster.
I hope he grabs a real horse this draft to give our O a little bit more oomph - just in case we have little at qb again.
I hope they learned their lesson from this season.

Alex Gibbs is responsible for signing Arian Foster.
