Josh Norris on 2015 Draft

Playoffs

Hall of Fame
Josh Norris' Process The Process podcast focusing on the evaluation process, film & metrics, intangibles, flags, etc.

Episode One was okay, Matt Waldman on context, character, and the "it" factor:

But it's Episode Two -- recognizing and differentiating tells -- that earned him this thread. Just some great information garnered on the subtleties of the game from some of the best at the Senior Bowl. Most guys won't talk about these so readily, and Josh knows enough to get out of the way in how he presented it -- short, but packed with information:

How deep of an impression is a DL's hand making in the turf/grass?

If he doesn't have his hands, he can't block you...

Setting up and sequencing moves...

"I looked him in his eyes...and was like, wow, this guy is amazing" LB Perryman said this about which QB?

This is the type of conversations I'd be having with these prospects. And I'm more interested now in digging deeper on Kikaha -- already liked Perryman.

I used to kick kaka when I lived on a farm and dried cow patties were the precursor to the Frisbie.
