Immediate upgrade that helps special teams. Bring him in, interview, evaluate, have talk with family. If he seems contrite for his actions give him a 2nd chance.
 
A troubled and lesser version of both Braxton and Fuller - and is going to serve a suspension. Why? I realize that there's an almost desperate interest in putting a few scars on our image, but for a 3rd year special teamer who double dipped idiocy with weapon and drug? That's what we need to turn our team around?

I'm against it but you have to admit that he's already got the gun he'll need to defend himself and his family here in Houston. He's got that going for him.

Since he's from here he probably already knows where to get the good weed too.
