There have been rumors about him leaving since the day after he signed his Michigan contract. And they're mostly being spread by NFL teams that are interested or by NFL reporters doing a solid for said NFL teams.
There have been zero indications that he is interested in returning to the NFL at the moment. Down the road perhaps, but not in the near future. I anticipate him finishing out his current UM contract (4 more years) and then we'll see.
I actually think he's a better fit for college anyway. His personality is better suited to having full control of a program rather than having to share power with a GM and answer to an owner.
