Jets trade?

If the Jets were interested in the trade that's talked about --our #1 (3000 pts) for #4, #29, #35 (2990 pts) -- I think that deal would already be done.

I'm guessing the Jets will readily give up 4 and 29, but not 35.

So, since their next pick after 35 is 71, maybe they give us 4, 29, 71 (2675 pts) and something next year, probably a 2nd round [?].

What do you figure?

I would hope it would be 1st and 2nd this year and a first next year since they would be going after RB and we take Super Mario if D'Brick is not there than O-line,CB,S.

jets won't trade up to #1. they love leinart, cutler and ferguson. one of them will be there at 4. they won't give up 2 extra picks when they can get a player they want where they are anyhow.

Why is it so hard to understand that not everyone wants to trade up? Teams aren't eager to give up multiple picks for one player because so many teams in the past have been burned by similar scenarios.

because 3 of the top 35 players is worth way more than 1 even if it is bush.
