Jersey's and Jorts

Well, that is like your opinion, ...man. I cannot begin to imagine what you plan to wear while cutting the grass or changing the oil in your car. Do you get approval from your wife every morning or event that you plan to attend, or is this actually coming from you? Either way, you may think Jorts are not fashionable but others believe that a polo and shorts (one's not made of denim) are for golf outings, business meetings, yachting, wine sniffing,...etc, not tailgating and a football game. This is America, and the reason it is such a great nation lies in the fact that people can express themselves however they like especially Jorts. Your post is not only shallow and inconsiderate, but very offending to all the people you have single handedly uber-gay-fashion-police ripped on. Next home game I will wear......

does it really matter? :gun:

I dare you to wear your red ball shorts.

LMAO! Good one David! :splits:

Listen, people need to calm down. People can wear what they want. If people want to know why things get made fun of just watch Cops. Many the mullet wearer has on the Jorts and wife beater. Of course theirs seem to be the too tight ones that are rolled at the bottom. There is nothing wrong with jerseys for a game....that I'm aware of. IM NOT SAYING THIS as my opinion. But I think without saying it the original poster is trying to say that people look white trash. I'm just trying to bridge the gap here for some peace. So lets go with regular shorts, a jersey and maybe some running shoes or flip flops. Deal?Good.:texflag:

Now that is enough of this sad fashion talk for football games...Lord.

This thread is greatness, I just think jorts are gay.

As far as jerseys go, I have two but I let my friend I share tickets with wear them because that style is not for me I don't care who wears them I just think it's a no no.

To the poster who "ripped" me for wearing a Cowboy hat, I wear a Black Stetson with custon gator boots and blue jeans when it's cold because it's the "Texans" so I am trying to show I'm a native:texan:

Folks, don't take it to serious.

I don't know....I've always worn ones that are about right at the knee or a little above...pleats or not...golf but not golf shorts ...pot stirrer..:)

BTW, women in daisy dukes is no problem.

Pleats? PLEATS?!? Pleated shorts in any material, and on anyone, are just wrong, Wrong, WRONG. :yikes:

Sorry, I had a temporary "What Not to Wear" flashback.

Hey y'all leave the Metrosexual cowboy:cowboy1: alone. He's just got a sense of fashion and respect for a texans style attire.

:user: then again a metrosexual cowboy sounds like something out of broke back mountain . . . hmmmmmm must ponder this one.

I tried to warn you in the first post that this was going to get ugly...

then they had to go throw in pic's of Daunte... :gun:

Told y'all he had an oar.....

Bill, the belt is ok as long as the jersey IS NOT tucked in. I live with a man who does that, and wears Crocs.

Its a painful sight.

Are you kidding? Most Polo or whatever golf shorts have pleats. Go to any store...unless you are one of those people who thinks the trend of flat front is cool. Sorry I'd rather not have my nice dress slacks or shorts hug my sack. Just for my own sanity I did work at Harold Powell(Harolds in most places) my first year of law school to make cash so I do have fashion sense...lol..but not alot of other sense..lol

Alright enough of that. Back to football. My wife might start worrying./

I have attended many, many football games, and I can say with a pretty good level of certainty that I wore denim to every last one of them.

Hot = Denim Shorts
Cold = Denim Jeans

Dammit HFrog! I have to spread rep. Much love for Harold's.

It's me with the belt, and yes I tuck my jersey in to show off my belt buckle :-P
We know who will be on Mr. Blackwell's list along with my other half....

Bigger question is..........do you wear Crocs with that ensemble too? I tell Doc he must have gotten a block of Gov't cheese with his...they look like Welfare shoes.

Spec...he wears multi-colored TEXANS socks, or the white crews with grey heels.

I walk 2 paces behind not to be submissive (hahaha, me...submissive....hahahaha) but to avoid being associated with those da*n ugly black and red pseudoclogs.

Adam (you may not have met him yet) sent me an e-mail several weeks ago. "OSU Crocs!!!!"

I said "And?"

"That's so cool, are you going to get some?"

I laughed. I guess I am in the anti croc part of the nation divided. I think of them as for parents who are to cheap to buy their kids shoes and socks.

:shades: Yeah I worked there a few times while clerking too. It was a way to get stuff on discount so I could look lawyerly. Plus before working at TCU my Mom had worked at the one in Ft. Worth. Good place. Know alot of good people at alot of their stores.

I have no problem with these. Not as a true fashion statement, but if you ever go boating you need shoes that you can wear and not worry about gettng wet. Something that is comfortable and you can just wash off.

I guess aqua socks are bad then?

River, boating, beach, sure. Out to dinner, no gosh darnit! LOL
