Has any other coach been hired in 2 cities and had both teams relocate on his watch? That just occurred to me when I was reading a story about him saying how great the fans were in St. Louis. I remember him saying something similar about the fans in Houston as he packing his bags for Nashville.

This time instead of going from a large market to a podunk market, he's doing the opposite.

Has any other coach ever had to go through the relocation process twice? I don't think so. Anyway, this would be a good trivia question a few years from now.

Maybe we can start calling him Coach Mayflower.

I checked the Raiders, Cardinals, Rams (other than this time), Chargers, Chiefs and Colts. Couldn't remember any more. None of their, what is it moving coaches made another.

Little surprised how often they change coaches at the same time.

So can we double down then on the trivia as the only home of both the only two-time outgoing relocating HC and the only two-time inaugural expansion HC?

Houson, we have a something.

What about the St. Louis curse? Only 2 teams in NFL history have called more than 2 cities home, the Rams and Cardinals, both going through St. Louis.

Ted Marchibroda who ironically died today was the coach of the Baltimore Colts in the 1970's and was rehired as Indianapolis Colts coach in 1992 and also coached the Ravens after that.

no worse then what ever is buried underneath the astrodome Curse why we haven't tore it down yet is ..???????????? weren't we supposed to make a decision on it before the SB ..????

So he's been the coach of 2 franchises that have re-located?

Interesting, because 2 is the number of playoff wins he has over the last 15 years. Seriously how does this guy keep getting jobs?

Seriously why were there fans wanting him as Kubiak's replacement?

I don't understand the fascination with him. 21 years as a HC, 6 winning seasons. Last 10 years as a HC he is 76-83-1. Last 5 years he is 33-46-1. Hasn't won a playoff game since 2003.

He must be a fantastic interview because there is nothing about his resume that suggests he should still be a HC.

I thought the same thing about Fisher. He's been a head coach on two teams but four different cities. I'd be concerned as a Jaguars fan if he ever gets a head coaching gig in Jacksonville.

Or from another perspective (where the owner is eager to relocate) make sure you hire him.
