I think there was a lot of politics with Capers and his staff that didn't allow Armstrong to see the field. The guy can definetely excell if given the chance, most of our receivers can and hopefully our new coaching staff will do that.
I still find that funny. Seriously, who would it have hurt? Did Armstrong park in Capers' parking stall at the stadium?
