Idle Hands Downtown (Lower East Side) will have it as well. Where are you staying? I have a good Texans fan friend that lives up there (we will actually be there, too but going to the Billy Joel concert), I will be happy to ask.

Knowing where about in the city you will be makes a big difference. The ESPN zone in Times Square usually charges a minimum per hour to watch there, not worth it.
