This team will be good eventually which will make it hard for people to give up season tickets. Making it through these next 2-3 years will be pretty tough though.

Everyone could get good and liquored up before the games and not buy those $7 beers in the stadium. That would be a nice little hit to their pocketbook.
 
I don't know much about your owner and his commitment to winning but if he's not commited to winning then continuing to buy season tickets in the hope that he will change his philosophy will be fruitless

What took the Bengals 15 years to make a change was that they averaged over 50,000 fans every home game. the Owner Mike Brown who could care less about wins and losses and more about pocketing the extra cap money he saved felt that the fans were happy with the product on the field
