How to get a parking pass?

ok, stupid question, but how do you request to get a parking pass? I'm already a season ticket holder (BULLPEN YEAH!).

I know before I just had to contat my ticket representative. Problem is...I don't know how anymore... Does anyone know an email address or a phone number I can call?
