Help resolve my friend's fighting

2 of my buds, one a Dallas fan and one a Houston fan have been fighting over the following topic all week long. I said I would ask the experts which are you guys. Here's what they're fighting about:

Vinny in the stat book has 11 INTs but 2 of them were caused by bad timing of routes by Keyshawn, so are the 2 interceptions because of Keyshawn Vinny's fault? Yes or No?

Yep, Vinny is "ultimately responsible" for the picks, no matter the reason. those are the breaks of being a QB. You just hope they get offset by spectacular catches and take-aways by your receivers.
