...I'm sure someone will find a way to spin some negativity into this:
Hang in there. It's almost here.

Soon, the endless speculation will cease _ Yes! _ and we will know whether the Texans took Reggie Bush or Mario Williams. Or whether the Saints traded down. Or the Titans took Matt Leinart or Vince Young.

The action starts at noon Eastern Saturday. Commissioner Paul Tagliabue, for the last time, will kick off the NFL draft, thereby ending the many predraft lies, deceptions and excessive nitpicking of some players who could essentially redefine how their positions are played over the next decade.

Indianapolis Colts coach Tony Dungy already is looking ahead to the next decade. And if one of his mock drafts comes true, it probably won't be a pleasant decade for his AFC South champion Colts or the Jacksonville Jaguars.

Dungy said he has "visualized" division foes Houston taking Southern California running back Reggie Bush No. 1 overall and Tennessee taking Texas quarterback Vince Young No. 3. Ouch.

"That," Dungy said, "is disappointing. Who knows if it's going to happen, but seeing Reggie Bush and Vince Young twice a year would not be high on my wish list."

Haha. Never even thought about it that way before. The Colts defensive coordinator must be going aww.....s*$^......

Somehow, that sounds good to me.

This is precisely why picking Williams over Bush would be a major mistake. Williams may disrupt opposing offenses, and I am sure is going to be a good one, but Bush will change entire defenses, and will cause by far more headaches for the opposition. If they pick Williams because he agrees to a contract first, they will go down in history as being the biggest moron's there is.
