Then a new GM (if necessary) and the new head coach (assuming Capers gets walking papers).

If Kubiak is really a target we have to wait until Denver's done. I guess Wade is free now, yes?

Anyway, just wondering how long before the off season activity gets going in earnest.

I am against an old vet head coach with very few exceptions. I am undecided on a college coach, but I do want a young coach from a winning team who is just waiting to show his stuff. Those are the best new coaches, they are young and like to score, but still have something to prove. They also mostly respect the old coaching ways and concepts.
