I've been here for about 2 months just reading all this crap about. Oh my gosh we should pick Vince Young(You dont need him), or Oh my god we Need Reggie Bush(You don't need him either) but now its looks like Charlie Casserly made the right choice. Don't feel bad you picked Mario Williams. He is gonna be really good and you need a real good defense if your gonna stop the Colts.
Vince Young- David Carr is one of the best Top Young Quarterbacks in this league and has never gotten a chance with that horrific Offensive line you have. Its time to give him a chance. Vince Young has to high of a bust factor to do somthing as stupid as kick Carr out and bring Vince in.
Reggie Bush- Domanick Davis is an Average All-Around Back. He could be upgraded but the Texans have to many holes to worry about now than Running Back. Especially with the Jacksonville Jaguars on the rise and the Indianapolis Colts in their Prime. Not to mention how many big-named running backs come in each year? Last year it was Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams. This year it is Reggie Bush and DeAngelo Williams. Next year it will be Adrian Peterson and Marshawn Lynch. Oh yea, Jerome Mathis is a pro-bowl kick returner and you have 2 pro-bowl recievers in Andre Johnson and Eric Moulds.
Just my 2 cents...
You guys will relize in a few years hopfully that the smart move was better to pick Reggie White instead of the popular pick, Marshall Faulk.
As for Reggie Bush...Him and Duece Mcallister, Drew Brees, and Joe Horn are gonna be pretty scary sight. LUCKILY! I get to see my Skins play them this season...
