Fire CC hire Dan Reeves as GM, And Lou Holtz as head coach both are very good at picking good player's so we would have a good draft plus both demand discipline from their teams it's either their way or the bench Thats what this team needs someone who will put the fear of being cut or sent to the practice squad in the minds of this team
