You don't have the same clout as Ea/Enki, the god who told Utnapishtim to build the ark and load it up.

Houston Is built in a bowl and is just 20 miles or so from the coast it always floods while the North and West side just sits and stares and never floods Humble/KW has not flooded since I have been he 40 odd years
