ESPN’s lawsuit, filed Monday in the Ohio Supreme Court, contends that OSU has denied requests for information related to an NCAA investigation that prompted the departure of Coach Jim Tressel and quarterback Terrelle Pryor.

....and we lost a big recruit to MI who says we're about to lose more.

Too bad, but it's expected. USC lost a lot of guys after the Reggie Bush sanctions. The next year they hired Lane Kiffin and had a good recruiting class. I expect something similar for OSU unless they hire Urban Meyer this offseason.
