Don't like this feeling.

Unlike many on this board, I don't really know which way the Texans should go. Bush or Young? In fact I've gotten a headahce thinking of all the different pros and cons for drafting each on. And then I feel sick to my stomach to think that the one we don't select will be the better one.

And to add one more, the trade for more picks group. We do that and both become superstars, and we got neither.

I just want to thank Capers and his band of clowns I mean coaches for ruining this season when we should have been at least 8 and 8, and drafting in the middle of the round:brickwall , (where we would be hoping one of the LT in the draft would drop to us) not feeling sick about drafting the wrong future superstar.:twocents:

V man,
I feel the same way. I am just glad that I am not the one making the decision. Lets see how the combine and workouts go

If Carr would take that wedding ring of his finger, his brain would get the proper blood flow into his head and execute correctly. The ring and Capers have been the real problem for the Texans.

Hey...everything's been thrown into every argument but the kitchen sink.....why not blame the ring?

:highfive:

This should make you feel better. It is an option I have considered, especially for people who think Carr is not a classy guy or that Young is a classy guy or who has the leadership, or that we need another stud wide receiver.

Trade down to whoever it takes. Pick up some of theirs and trade out Carr. Now, draft the guy in the draft with the most class (and with a great football pedigree). You know who I'm talking about. Marcus Vick. His on- and off-field antics are exactly what the Texans need.

But wait. It gets better, cause who has dibs on TO? Yeah, baby. TO stands for Texans Offense. We get class, humility, and Drew Rosenhaus. This is a win-win situation.

Seriously, it feels like it sucks to be here, but there are about ten or fifteen teams who wish they had our problems right now. It's not every year you get to draft number one (okay, every four years in Houston), so let's enjoy it while we can.

I can't decide either. Throughout the day I find myself constantly changing my decision. I just feel like the Texans, given their track record, will make the wrong decision.

Noted. It is a good position to be in....but it sure wasn't any fun getting to this point. I just hope we make the right choice so we're not here again anytime soon.

We should be drafting Ngata with our first pick this year, instead we endup in the orange mob of homer soup to draft Young for another position we don't need help at and all the while neglecting the real problems of this team.

Are you kidding? It was hilarious! I didn't enjoy it, but you had to laugh at our comedy of errors. Besides, I was content in knowing that the Longhorns were staying on track to go to the National Championship. As long as they kept winning, I figured I got to see at least one good game a week!:redtowel:
