Dallas Frog
Pretty good setup!Has Stafford dropping to 10

15 LB Clay Matthews USC Sr. 6-3 240
The Texans signed ex-Cardinals defensive end Antonio Smith in free agency, and he'll start opposite Mario Williams. That move signals that Houston will either look for a play-maker at outside linebacker, or a run-stuff presence like Mississippi defensive tackle Peria Jerry. I'm giving them Matthews because the idea of him playing in Houston, where his uncle Bruce spent most of his Hall of Fame career, just seems to fit.

Interesting mock, Frog. He's got Oher falling completely out of the first round and Sanchez before Stafford. Who knows?

You never can tell. I don't ever pay attention half of these guys but I can see the linemen where they are and guys like Leinhart dropped so you never know with a QB.

Stafford really needed to stay in another year. As a Georgia fan I threw up every time he attempted to throw a fade pattern in the end zone. BRUTAL to watch. I hope he turns out good, but he really needed to stay at Georgia IMO.

I know there was a thread I started earlier about this (based on Banks' 2.0 draft), but I really wonder what's going on with Oher. Banks mentions "red flags" and has a couple of other OTs (that most had behind him) going before him. It makes me wonder if there's not something big that is not public knowledge.

In any case, for someone like me who would love to see us draft Oher, Unger, or Mack, seeing this mock makes me want to figure out a way to trade down even more. I would love to trade our 1st and 2nd for Detroit's late 1st and 2nd (not sure they'd go for it, though), and pick up one of those OL prospects late.
