All of us know that Mckinney is nowhere near the center we need....so does anyone know where in the draft Greg Eslinger from Minnesota would go???

Does anyone know of any other outstanding college centers that could come in and make an immediate impact???
 
I think alot of people are saying we need to sign lecharles bentley in free agency

That would actually be a good idea....what would it take to get him or our chances of landing him...would FA be our best route for filling this gaping hole?
 
Well I'm kinda bias on the idea of free agency because I'm a bush fan and i think we should get him...So if it takes signing OL in free agency then by all means do it, But I think that bentley would definitely be a good pick-up and I dont really know what the texans would have to do to land him.....

Well in many regards I'm with you...I dont think we can pass up on talent like Bush...and I really dont think that our OL is as bad as it seems...if we could just find a center that can actually hold the line or get some push off the line and do some pass blocking as well as run blocking I think a Bush/Davis combo with wells and morency in the stables would be an unbelievable tandem of running backs.:drool:
 
Yeah that would be nice, but I think they should think about trading either davis or wells...Don't need them both

wells definitely before davis...we could have a duo of some great backs and with AJ and (hopefully) Mathis as our #2 wr we could be EXPLOSIVE:yahoo:
 
yep, but I think the texans need to try extra hard to fix our line in free agency, because there is so much talent in this draft I dont think we can afford to squander too many picks on o-line...The reason i say this is because we have a serious lack of talent and explosiveness...and with all the players with big play ability it would be devastating to me, to watch our Texans pick up a bunch of o-line that blocks really well....BUT...No one's got the talent or explosiveness to do anything with it

so you dont think D.D is pretty explosive and dont have any talent. It all starts up front i mean Davis runs great behind this Mangled O-line i only wonder what he can do behind a "decent" O-Line", and yes Bush is great with all his great No salary cap all start o-line and that also make Matt L great but who knows if he can really perform the way he does with us our any team in the NFL.
