DeAndre Hopkins and Mike Harrison leave combine hotel room trashed

Recently, Yahoo! reported that a room shared by two players was left in bad condition, but did not identify who the room belonged to. It was learned this week, through multiple sources, that the room belonged to Hopkins and Harrison.

However, NFL sources are convinced that Harrison was not responsible for the trashed room.

Inside the room, urine and feces were around the bathroom, toothpaste was left on the mirror and partially-eaten food was left on one of the beds. Neither player made any attempt to clean up the mess that was created, according to witnesses. Nor has either player has taken responsibility for the room. But the NFL community is now well aware of the players whose room it was.

This is not a good sign if Hopkins fault.

Why would someone sabotage their opportunity to become a millionaire? I can't wrap my head around this kind of stupidity.
 
It makes you wonder if one of them left before the other and trusted them to check out with the room in good condition. Who knows.

Agree, and considering the number of hotel rooms I trashed in college I don't find it relevant. I was immature -- but I was still good at what I was good at in spite of my immaturity.

i was a fan of hopkins, not sure if I want to take him if he's this irresponisble.
 
Obviously he was finger painting with toothpaste and pooh, trying to create a contemporary piece of art with neutral tones of light and dark that showed obvious contrast utilizing the modern Mediterranean feel with the defined organic textures.

This guy was surely one of the Texans leading considerations given their need to draft a top WR. I dunno, but if they get verification on this I suspect he's off of their Board ? This is bizarre, don't seem to recall any off field problems with Hopkins until this ?

The only people I've seen do that are kids or mentally ill,

and I'm not convinced yet it wasn't some hanger on types who show up for "party in room 224", dropped some acid that allowed their inner OCD to emerge.

Now FoxSports learned thru an interview with Hopkins that Hopkins had left some 20 minutes before Harrison (due to flight schedule).

Hopkins had talked to Harrison, who told him not to worry about it.

If Hopkins had done it, you would think Harrison is going to be mad at Hopkins.
These two guys don't know each other; I don't see how one guy can get away with such an act while the other was there. It just doesn't make sense.

You'd be surprised. You get to know each other really fast. I remember going on recruiting trips and rooming with guys for a couple days and getting to know them fairly well.

But the feces around the tub thing is mind boggling. I don't understand how someone could be THAT nasty. Toothpaste all over the place????

I'm thinking someone may have gone out and gotten stupid drunk their last night there.

Should have tipped the maid and it wouldn't have been an issue. I messed up some hotel rooms during some drunkeness, and a 20 tip will cover a lot of sins (although admittedly I never shat on the floor).
 
Who knows who did it....1 guy pooed all over the place and the other guy was :dontknowa "but i ain't cleaning that #$%^ up"...
