I heard on sportscenter this morning on 610 that he is injured and will not play in the game, but didn't say what it was, can someone help?

I believe he suffered a hip pointer in the Denver game. It don't think it's serious, but more likely they want to ensure he is 100% for the opener.

Yup, Sept. 12 is not much more than a week away, so it's almost time to Rock & Roll for real. We should just look for excuses to keep starters out of tommorows exhibition game. Hip pointer, hang nail, whatever - don't play 'em.
Carr should hand the ball off three times and get off the field 'till the SD game
next week.

Yeah,I totally agree with you on looking for any excuse,I personally think D.D never really had any type of swelling,they were just being safe not playing him until the Denver game.....man he looked GOOOOOD!!!!!

I agree the starters need not play in this game. Carr has looked sharp up to this point so we shouldn't really stress putting him in at all. If Wells is good to go, he should get some good PT and so should Babin. Babin needs reps and I am sure he will come out okay if he played the game.

I think Robinson not playing give Faggins very good PT.
