I don't know why perhaps it is lack of sleep however I feel that our Texans might be turning this ship around and are headed into the right direction. I really felt like the team had quit on the coaches however eventhough it wasn't pretty the team seemed to come to life at the end of last weeks game. I am starting to feel that this will carry over into the Jacksonville game and that the players who had quit on Capers are starting to play again. I am starting to beleive that we can win at least 5 games maybe more.

Also the 13.5 points that the Texans are laying seem like a great deal at this point. I look for a big game from the Texans offense and I do think that the Defense will step it up this week. I can see us winning this game and if we do the confidence of our team should skyrocket. Who knows we may even beat Indy the following week.

Yea I can relate with you. Im kinda getting this feeling. Except for the beating Indy :brickwall However I think we will contend and lose a reallllly close one to them!

I think they did a pretty good job of bailing the ship to keep it afloat, but I still think it will sink. BTW, what record do you think they would have end up with for him to keep his job? I think 7-9 is the lowest it could be, and that might not do it. That would require us to go 6-3 the rest of the way.

Is that possible?
Sure.

Is that probable?
No.

Quite frankly we need to say a lot of prayers this week and hope we don't loose our QB. Last week I think we didn't really have to worry, but this week is a very different story. We took there's out last year so don't be surprised if they go after Carr big time.

Every team will be going after Carr however it looks like we are starting to find some identity with the offense. Run the ball roll out passes and when they widen out their ends run up the middle with the counter fake reverse that KC has used to well the last 4 years. I am starting to see that Pendry is getting his system to work.

Go Texans

I just want to see us go on more consistent drives. That means if we have to start at the twenty, we still finish with a score.

Tejano in this league a 70 or 80+ drive is not the norm. You usually have to run 9+ plays which is difficult against any NFL team. I would like to see us score more consistently also, especially now that we are getting legitimate field posistion with Mathis returning the ball.
