Practice Squad
You have made yourself a complete jackass when you passed on some of the finest players here today. Bush & Young would have played for your team, and you made them BOTH millionaires overnight, and made their lives pretty happy. But you took the wrong turn and getting somebody who is not in the same class as Young & Bush, as they go to SA & Tennessee, respectively. You've made a real dumb move. What the ph__k were you thinking, man? I believe this season the Texans will realize their mistakes. 1-playing all of the games on the road-like the Saints did last season, and 2-getting NC State's Mario Williams over Bush & Young.

oh Geeze, I should have figured it was a no win situation.

If we picked Bush everyone would be complaining that we let Young Go, If we picked Young, everyone would be complaining that we should have picked Bush, but we picked Williams...

to bad we didn't have the 1st 3 picks in the draft then everyone would be happy

Casserly made the right decision in my opinion. Go ahead and get your anger out now so it does not affect you when the real season begins. We need eveyone's mind clear as we role to a playoff birth.

Wolf, I believe it was my granny that said it best when she once told me "Jim, if yer gonna do something wrong, do it right".
No matter who we'd have chosen yesterday, it woulda been wrong in someone's eyes so why not make the smart pick & just piss a lot of people off?

Funny.:redtowel:

I am very pleased with Cass' draft so far. Great pick with Mario, which I think was the smartest pick that could ahve been made. Picked up a solid OLB to play the weak side, and I think he will be awesome. Would have liked to seen Richard Marshall picked, but that's just me. I am extremely happy to see that Winstrom was still around in the 3rd, so that was a solid pick up.

I didn't see Dwayne Slay taken in the first day, so I think it would be cool to see the Texas give him a chance and draft him today. I'd also like to see more of a "big-back" picked to get those short-yardage situations.

See ya and wouldn't want to be ya. Have fun storming the castle. :BananaWav

I'm starting to just copy and paste the same thing over and over...

Your get over it when your drafting Marshawn Lynch or Adrian Peterson in next years draft lol...

The Texans did the right thing though...I've said it once and I'll say it again. They need a core to build around and they created a pretty fine one with a 5-Star Defensive Lineman Prospect in Mario Williams and two capable starters in Eric Winston and Charles Spencer.

SO GET OVER IT TEXANS FAN AND CRY ME A RIVER "WAAAAH WE DIDNT GET OUR SAVIOR REGGIE BUSH!!!"

i agree. i admit, i cried for the first two hours. i got over it.

Reminds me when I was a kid I loved junk food my mom would make me eat the right things. I would have loved to watch Bush play for the Texans, but Mario is what we need to improve this team.
I dont know about passing on Winston Justice to select a small linebacker, but Im a fan not a personell man

He should have traded the pick instead of taking it #1. We now see that he had help on the D-line and he had most of his sacks vs. crappy teams.

It will be interesting. Im not entirely mad at the pick, but hte rest of the draft is total dog poop.

Also we cant blame Casserly entirely, remember Dan Reeves, Kubiak and MCNAIR were all going to have a say in this.
