Man o Man I can not wait untill the texans start to play more Nationally Televised games. Hopefully with better play, comes better games and better color comentary. This commenttors are killing me...where do they find these guys? Did yall like the little story on DD's pitbulls and how me might be a pitt-bull? Who cares! That was the lamest material I have heard yet! :loser

yeah, I have to refrain my aggravation when listening to road games (fortunately I listen to Mark and Andre at the home games!). Even worse, CBS is the sorriest network since NBC for NFL games. The network just seems braindead...even their pre-game show is lame when compared to ESPN and Fox.

I really wish the radio broadcast was in sync with the television. I just can't focus when my ears are hearing the plays a second or two before my eyes see them!

Oh I know...signing Shannon Sharpe was a mistake. This guy is knowledgable of the game but damn...it sounds as if he has a pound of flem in his mouth! I can't make out what he says half the time. I used to despise Deion Sanders but damn he was entetaining and I actually liked him as a analyst after a while. CBS has the weakest group of color analysts I have ever heard... :loser Makes me wish the Texans were in the NFC so they could get better play-by-play. One play comes to mind, I think it was against the Jaguars and one of the morons said Peek recorded a sack...but he wasn't even in the game...I was thinking don't these guys have rosters at their disposals?

The New York Jets game was the worst. Those folks were so pro-NY that it wasn't even funny. I finally did turn off the sound and listen to the radio -- despite the delay. As for the mistaken call in the Jax game, don't blame the commentator. Blame the spotter. Having been in the booth during a game, I know how it works. The commentators have a "map" with all the players and their numbers on them. When someone makes a tackle, the spotter points to the number of the player and the announcer makes the call. In this case, the spotter probably had too much booze or spilled his coffee and while wiping it off the "map" accidentally misidentified the player. I've seen that happen -- and it's kinda funny since everybody assumes in the booth that nobody is really following who's tackling who anyway.

yea that NY game was pretty sickening .... or should I say "The Return Of Chad Pennington" game ...
