Does anyone know if any team has tried out Chris Rix in the nfl?Haven't seen anything with his name in it and didn't know if anyone gave him a chance or not.
 
I'd be willing to bet that if you haven't read/heard any reports, there's probably nothing to report.
 
I checked and no team has signned him and these guys are free as well Jason White, Brock Berlin and Timmy Chang.
 
Chris Rix sure has fallen!!! I remember the days when he was mentioned as possible first rounder and franchise qb type of a player but now he's not even drafted!

White was picked up by the Chiefs and released shortly thereafter. Then he was signed by the Titans. Have they cut him already as well?

Berlin and Chang also signed with other teams. Have they been released also?
 
I doubt you ever see Rix in an nfl jersey. He showed in college he isn't smart enough(football smart) to win games. Just because you go to a top college football team doesn't give you an automatic ticket to the nfl. With the FSU defense they should have been atleast in the top 3 but their offense was so bad they never really blew anybody out. I doubt Berlin gets much of a chance either. He was too inconsistent and Tommy Chang had the numbers he did mainly because of his system. I beleive Chang also set the ncaa record for the most int's ever.
