For those of you who may not have read this yet, I liked what Chris Carter said about the Texans when he made his prediction for the game...I especially liked what he said about the Jags/Raiders prediction...LOL....Hes picking the Raiders to win....
The Texans are a franchise going in the right direction. They made the correct call by drafting David Carr, and they've gone out and put some talented people around him like wide receiver Andre Johnson. The defense slowly is improving, particularly the pass rush and pass coverage with Dunta Robinson, an unbelievable rookie who could earn the tag of a shutdown corner in the next couple of years. The Texans will get better next season.
Prediction: Houston.
Now heres his Jag prediction:
It's unfortunate but the game that the Jaguars needed Fred Taylor they didn't have him. Last week, they played a Houston team that plays a very, very physical game and got shut out without Taylor, who sat out with a sprained knee. It's just the way the injuries fall. That injury and that loss is going to keep them out of the playoffs.
Prediction: Oakland.
