As we all know, shoulder injuries can really put the skids on a career of a football player. Rogers has sure been in rehab a long, long time. He is still wearing protective gear and is still in "no-touch" status up in Lionville.
mlive.com/lionsWhile both Rogers and the Lions insist that the receiver has recovered from his broken collarbone in week six of the season last fall, Rogers continues to wear a red jersey and small rubber shoulder pads during practice. None of the other players is in pads and Rogers is not permitted to take part in "contact" drills, when defensive backs are allowed to jam receivers.
