Cardinals-Panthers NFC championship

Cam Newton is my favorite quarterback to watch in the NFL.
I'm hoping the Texans sign RG3. Maybe he'd be fun for me to watch.

Luke Keuchly is what Brian Cushing should have been if he had stayed healthy his entire career. Ron Rivera, classy man. Love his coaching. Used to be a hell of a player back in his day as well.

Just a Texans fan wondering what could have been. Thanks, Bob McNair. A Panthers vs. Broncos Super Bowl would be fun to watch though.
 
Enjoy the game guys. I'll be relaxing soon. Catch some of it on the big screen as I rest on the recliner. I'm just so tired out from all the football already.
 
I really thought this would be a grinder. It seems Carolina's only weakness may be that they destroy teams too quickly.
 
Don't count out Arizona just yet. They don't go away easy and Carolina has a tendency to jump out early with emotion and then slow down later in the game.
 
Arizona had a chance to get some momentum going their way and Peterson muffed a punt. 24-7 Carolina.
 
Wow. Patrick Peterson gets a pick and Palmer gives the ball right back to Carolina. Arizona needed 7 there. 24-7 at the half.

When Andre Johnson left us to sign a cheap divison rival, I sort of looked at Cortland Finnegan in an entirely new light. I no longer hate Finnegan like I used to and if he wins a Super Bowl ring with the Panthers, while Andre Johnson didn't even make the playoffs with the Colts, and the Texans did make the playoffs, then it's all good bro.
 
Carsom Palmer has been worse than Brian Hoyer in this game!!!!! Terrible and I feel bad for him. I don't care how great a regular-season he had. That has to sting on his mind all off-season long. Plus he's older now. How much longer can he play at a high level?

I don't know. Broncos kind of have same feel as these Cardinals. Except the Cardinals have a decent run game. The Broncos will have to rely on manning's arm. Their running backs scare nobody.
 
Up 49-15 and in good field position. Panthers are kneeling the ball? I thought they could add another score, even just a field goal, to score over 50 points. Sportsmanship is alive and well in the National Football League.

I never understood just kneeling the ball to turn it over on downs.
 
Is it just me or will the Panthers defense destroy Peyton Manning and the Broncos offense just like the Seahawks did a few years ago? Granted, Kubiak will have a way better gameplan and call better plays than John Fox did. But they have no run game right now.

The Panthers defense is dangerous. So is the Broncos defense but Cam Newton can beat the pass rush of DeMarcus Ware and Von Miller. Cam Newton isn't slow-footed like an aging Tom Brady and only relegated inside the pocket. Brady took a lot of hits today from the Broncos pass rush. Most of it was his OT's fault but Cam Newton can make positive plays on similar dire situations when the plays break down.

Cam Newton is just special. Size of a linebacker, runs like a receiver and has a canon arm. Accurate passer too. Let's see if he can finish the deal and become a Super Bowl champion. He'll be named the MVP of the league for 2015 the night before the Super Bowl.

Cam Newton's post-game interview. He didn't even know who he was going to play in the Super Bowl. The guy told him Peyton Manning and the Broncos. That's how focused he was on this game. He didn't care what the other teams did.

Do you remember how much speed he had on those Cincinnati Bengals teams? Housmanzadah & Ochocinco. Damn good running game... couldn't get a play off victory.

Sure, Newton will have challenges. I just think he will be the gold standard. It's just looking too easy for Newton, now. Scary.
