A former two-sport athlete at BYU, Bronson Kaufusi has blossomed since bypassing basketball to focus on football. His production improved every season, and as a senior, Kaufusi posted 11 sacks, 20 TFL and blocked four kicks — demonstrating an ability to contribute on special teams that will appeal to a lot of teams. He finished his career with 26.5 sacks, 17 hurries and 44 TFL in 50 games.

6'6 285lbs. He ran a 4.85 with 34" arms. If they elect to let Crick go and unwilling to move Clowney to that spot, here is the replacement. Kirwan has a 40 list which means 40 plays behind the los.He was #8 of 12 in last 2 years which is pretty good. Looks fluid, I'm just waiting on some real tape from my guy Kirwan.
 
He's intriguing. He lacks elite explosion but his movement ability for that size is impressive. Doesn't have the ideal strength and power you want from a 5' tech. He's more of a step and shoot kind of guy than an anchor and shed guy. PFF's college division graded him #2 for 3-4 DE pass rushers this year and #8 against the run. DeForest Buckner was the only 3-4 end to grade out higher than him last year.

Downside is that he will be 25 by rookie camp. It's a bit tricky evaluating older players because they've done so much extra development than most of their competition.

Yeah, those byu guys are always married with kids and stuff. He's a plug and play type. He can get stronger,plus he's just started to play football full time. Probably be there in the 3rd if they want him. He's been productive with elite size.
