You guy's make me laugh.the wonger need food said:Maybe he'll get 200 yards tonight. Twice in 13 games would be a major accomplishment for him
Matt LionHeart said:yeah good touchdown but lets give credit were its due that was all Domanick Davis
I second that. And he's still got that gun. DC's looking good tonight !harley7 said:Carr is looking great. Using his mobility really well ...... playing a smarter game and not holding onto the ball.
ok u dont think he only looked good i think he looked great and one of the annoucers said why are they keeping Carr in there there risking him getting hurt with thta horrile line. After watching Carr tonight i think he still will become a great QB in the NFL.But thats just my opinionF-minus67 said:It almost looks like Carr is developing pocket presents, as well as getting some time to throw. Plus, it seems Joe Thiesman is starting to like him.
thefuture17 said:Ok do you guys still doubt Carr after the way he played tonight.I sure as hell dont.He played good with a horrible offensive line.I really cant wait untill next year when he gets an offensive line.I am calling Carr MVP next year
To me those are the most frustrating sacks because at that point in the game Carr shouldn't even be touched. The defense isn't even trying to sack him.Domanick_Davis_Ownz said:Carr had nothing to do with us losing this game tonight even though he threw some sloppy passes i was even bragging at the last of the game that he only had 1 sack i should of kept my mouth shut lol.....i reckon our lame o-line just said ah well since we lost lets just see how many times we can let carr get sacked :brickwall
Marcus said:I also was impressed with the way Carr played tonight. I didn't see happy feet. I didn't see that shell-shocked look in his eyes. With the so little time that he to throw the ball, he had more poise then I've seen in long time.
And a curious observation. Andre Johnson didn't play tonight. Maybe AJ being on the field isn't such a good thing for Carr.![]()
Ibar_Harry said:Yes, but we don't employ the weapons we really have. Its sad that people simply don't understand (may be I should say owner) that is only coaching and we have very bad ones at that. No, Carr is a lot better than Vinny thinks, but you probably never prove that to him with this O-line. Its really sad when almost everyone in the league can see the obvious, but McNair can't. Playing the way we are we had better hope and pray that Carr doesn't get hurt. Wong got hurt and he was the defensive general on the field. I would imagine that had some impact on what happened. Carr is taking a lot and I'm afraid its only a matter of time before he's injured. He takes a relentless beating.
Marcus said:That sentence in bold red Ibar, is the very reason why you don't have much credibility. No owner worth his salt is going to fire the coaching staff midseason. Not even Bud Adams would be stupid enough to do that.
mean mark8 said:19 of 33 for 160 yards is 'OK' by you? Shaun Alexander averages more yards per carry rushing on the year than we do per pass attempt. Heck, there are numerous running backs outdoing our per pass play average. Yes, he didn't get intercepted and he did throw a couple passes away without taking the sack, but I don't think anything under 6 yards per attempt is considered 'OK' by NFL standards.
Did anyone see Leinhart throw that 4th down, 4th quarter pass to his wide receiver for what amounted to 61 yards on Saturday? It was under a full blitz with defenders in his face. That's what real QBs do under pressure.
Ibar_Harry said:Open your eyes to the reality of the situation we are in. You have to bring in an experienced outside person if you do what I say. I would not put any of the assistants incharge of this team.

Texan281 said:Wow... Carr can avoid sacks. Whoop dee doo. The day he stops locking on and looks for other options, hell will freeze.

I'm of the opinion the NFL should yank the franchise from Houston and not let that city try again until they can prove they are competent in the front office. This is the worst team ever yet there are very talented players. It is so bad that even Norm Chow can't rescue this mess.
Those of you that are anti-Carr are absolute morons (Vinny I'm not singling out anyone in particular mang) that smoke too much meth. Put the pipe down and deliver my pizza on time.
