That is so true, I was never a catfish person but when Chance cooked it , it was some of the best tasting fish he did a great job.

Amazingly, it didn't feel that bad. The fan and the shade helped a bunch, I am sure.

I think we were all mentally prepared for major heat, so were able to deal. Always wonderful to see everyone again.

Thanks everyone for the birthday wishes! I had a good day! Slept most of the day cause it takes me 24 hrs to recover from a Texan game! BUT, spent time with my girls and grandkids, and that's always special. I LOVE all of you very much. You are my TEXAN family, and that means more to me than some of you will ever know.
