You need something like: Trade 1st for the Saints 1st this year and their 1st's in 2006, 2007, and 2008.

Trade 2nd for the Dolphins 2006 1st, 2007 1st and a player to be announced (Patrick Surtain).

You get the idea. Then trade down in the 3rd and acquire all of those top 10 picks on the second day of the draft.
