BCS Select Northern Illinois

Hey guys, I heard one of the talking heads talking about this on the radio the other day. He said by selecting Northern Illinois, the BCS screwed Oklahoma.

Can anyone explain this line of thinking? I thought the BCS had a hundred bowls, so no one really loses out. Everybody wins.

There are 5 BCS bowls and NIU snuck into the top 16 and was awarded an automatic bid. OU would have gotten the spot with an at-large if it wasn't taken by a auto-bid.
