Hey, is anyone heading to Baltimore for the Ravens game?

My friends (Ravens fans) and I are in in section 147. Can't wait to see my friends cry!

Pretty excited to see the boys in blue come back here.

Is there anything planned so far for any Texans fans getting together before the game?

I live nearby'ish but will not be attending the game. Will monitor this thread to see if anybody meets up tho. Enjoy Baltimore. There's a damn good seafood buffet (and resturant) right there in the inner harbor, Phillips.

i know about 50 people are going so far ...sure there are more..any good sports bars that could hold 50 maybe 100..that are easy to find....On face book we have "traveling texans/bulls on parade.have info..and could use good ideas...Hope we can meet up. Leatherhead

Long time lurker but finally got around registering.

Anyway, the wife and I will be going; sitting in section 152. We moved here (Maryland) 3 years and finally got around to going to a Texans game at M&T. I’m hoping there’s a good turnout of Texans fans. As LEATHERHEAD mentioned I’m following “Traveling Texans” for any meet/event info as well. We’d like to meet up with some fellow Texans fans.

The best places down near the stadium are places like Pickle's Pub. Not sure how friendly those people will be,especially that early in the season. I know some places about 15-20 minutes away from the stadium, that have good parking for a pre- or post- game meet up.

Mostly the strip clubs a block away lol. If not power plant. Most of the places in the inner harbor are on the small side. ESPN Zone would have been a great place but its long gone. There's a Hard Rock Cafe nearby. Only been to the bar so I can't say if they could handle a group that size.

What about Mothers? I know that's usually the Ravens fans spot but the Texans just posted a pic on Facebook that appears to be taken at Mothers with a bunch of Texans fans.

Also, there's a low key spot with good wings called Delia Foley's, We can take over their top floor!

Parking over in Fed Hill is crap and it's a bit of a walk, in my opinion. So unless you're not heading to the game I wouldn't suggest anywhere over in Fed Hill.

I spoke with people that run an Irish bar near me. If we want to do a meet up Saturday the 21st, and I can get a general number of people coming, they will accommodate accordingly. It's about 20 minutes from M&T Stadium.

Has anyone gone to a Ravens game in Baltimore? Is the area around the stadium safe to walk through? If I don't rent a car is there good places in walking distance to eat at? My hotel would be Hilton Baltimore and would be very close to the stadium.
