It is time to start making early arrangements: saving money, choosing plane or road trip, getting time off work, etc... So, this thread is dedicated to those of us dedicated enough. So, From Austin, here's the beginning of the list of fans that will be going to our first playoff game on the road this January: probably Pittsburgh or NE, maybe Denver.

Barrett and I are envisioning a road trip, not a plane ride.

That's a heck of a road trip right there. I used to be stationed at Langley AFB and drove from here to there a few times. The fastest I made it was 32 hours, 28 driving and a 4 hour nap in a Mcdonald's parking lot outside of Charlotte. Your trip is probably about 35-38 hours drive time each way.

In. Getting there i'm not worried about. It's securing a ticket at a reasonable price to one of those games. We'll be driving no matter where they go. Driving in the snow does not scare me. If options come up, ring me up!

Nitro,

done! But yeah, tickets are going to be expensive in Pitt, Denver, or NE... I think our best shot at tickets for a reasonable price will be Cincinnati. The tickets are going to cost a lot! but, I've been waiting for this my entire adult life!

Bumpity, bump.

As fate would have it, the wife will be snow boarding during wild card weekend with her sisters.

If the Texans get in, I am going. :texflag:

dalemurphy better wash those black sox before we all get in a van with him.
Hopefully barrett will have a new t shirt to wear also, last time he was still wearing the same shirt he wore when I first met him several years ago.:ant:

I canceled my trip to Vegas next week to save money just in case the Texans get in...cause I WILL BE THERE wherever it is.
