Former 2nd rd pick was regulated to back up duty after the Bucs sign Vincent Jackson. Has special teams ability looks to be a #2WR in the mold the Texans like. Last year of his rookie deal. Probably could be had for a late round pick. Thoughts?

Benn hasn't done much in his 3 years in the league. I think the Texans would have to go back to their scouting notes and see what they thought of Benn coming out of the draft. He does look the part of a WCO WR.
