Anyone Have A Match?

Because someone needs to light a fire under this team, and from what I've witnessed from the Cleveland game and into this year is not one bit of enthusiasm, desire, or fire whatsoever.......save Kris Brown. I sit directly behind the defensive bench on the front row so I see it first-hand. It's a shame that Kris has to be a part of this disaster, he is way too classy to have to deal with this lack of a football "team." Yes, Dunta was in P-Burnt's face, yes Gary Walker was in Babin's face after the offsides (sling and all), and yes Carr was in "hang-head mode" the entirety of the game, it was sickening. Babin leaned back on the bench, legs crossed with this who cares attitude emanating from him. Carr shook his head on the sidelines ALL FREAKIN GAME LONG! I could spend an afternoon talking about the playcalling, coaches, bad play on the field, but that is already obvious. It starts with attitude, and this team has none, no heart, no desire......save Kris Brown once again. I'll be at every game this season, and it may not be pretty, but these guys will pick their heads up and show some class or they will enjoy listening to people like myself and many others around me. Yes I boo, often times it pisses them off enough to just want to shut us up. I could care less if they "like" me, just play with some desire, some class.......and hate me and make me shut up. Because that is what we all want, a competitive team, right now this roster is filled with losers and pouters on the sidelines. And golden boy Carr sets that standard, believe me. I am sickened today by what I've witnessed from this team, it starts from the top, it starts with an attitude, and I promise that what you see on the field is merely an extension of what is on the sideline. Capers, Carr......our EXPECTED leaders, are MIA. Until this changes, expect the same results, period.

actually I think the need a fire extinguisher. We have been burnt quite well the last two games. :)

Hopefully Pendry is the fire alongside the sidelines that we need. He is going to be down on the sidelines and not up in a booth far far away. I wouldn't be surprised to see him 'motivating players with a size 11 boot' like you want belars44.

I thought you'd just come from the bathroom and were asking for a match.

Course the smell there would probably be better than what the Texans play has been like of late.

Go Texans

Yes you do! ..(thanks again 44 for the field seats) ..
True, there is no visible fire or noticeable desire in those guys. Changes have to come!
Hope Kris Brown, Chad Stanley and Dunta Robinson don't lose the faith in the meantime.

This is a great post. I believe it was the first game of the season on Thursday when the Pats played Oak. Dillon was struggling and Brady went to yell at him to get him a little more fired up. I have seen it alot more around the league and there are too many to say but Carr has yet to show me that leadership. How about going to the Oline and saying something like keep fighting and we'll make a play sooner or later, you know come together. More heart was in this franchise two years ago.

I said in a post couple of days ago: something has happened to this team from last year. They have no desire and are in some kind of a funk. Don't know if it is the Capers, Casserly, or getting rid of half of the defense from last years team.

We had the same problems in the past years with O Line, but were more competetive than we are now. Gave GB, Indy, & Minn some close games last year.
