Any Serious BBQ'ers Here?

Drew_Smoke

@Drew_Smoke
My wife and I have launched Sweetmom's BBQ Rubs (www.SweetmomsBBQ.com to be up and running soon) and I am looking for some feedback on our new Duck Creek Poultry Rub.

Any of you care to give a sample a whirl for some honest feedback? Tell us what kind of cooking you do at SweetmomsBBQ@aol.com and I will pick a few to test.

We also have an all purpose beef/pork one. This weekend we'll have 2 teams at 2 different cookoffs (we'll be at the Ft Bend Cty Fairgrounds) using our stuff...so we'll see what the judges think too.

Thanks

(oh and if this thread needs to be moved can you mods maybe unsticky the old and irrelevant while you have that page open? Thanks)

I have never cooked/smoked a duck before and don't have plans too but I grill a lot of chicken. Don't know if you are saying that's the name of it and it's good for all poultry or is it used on duck only?

Also I grill ribs/pork and beef pretty often too. So I can definitely test it out if you want.

Cool...send me your address here or on Facebook and I will stuff some in a envelope for you.

And y'al can become a fan of Sweetmom's BBQ Rub on Facebook. we'd appreciate it.

Duck Creek runs thru a place I spent many summers at as a kid. Some really good people there. The poultry rub is really good on any bird you got.
