49er dies after the game..

It's always a shock when an athlete's body fails them. I don't think there was anything the 49ers could have done to prevent this...there were no signs before he collapsed.
 
It is certainly a very sad thing. However, when i read this I noticed something. The article said he was 6'3 and over 310 lbs. Even if you are a football player, I would think that is not a healthy weight for anyone of that height.
 
I was thinking that last night watching Sapp and the other guy next to him..Washington I think. They are huge! You wonder how they are able to survive the physical requirements of the NFL at that size.

But if you think about it hes not that "fat" for a 310 lb. guy. Sapp and Washington look more unhealthy than this kid does. The thing you need to wait on is the toxicology report because if he was on supplements that could have done the damage. Im not saying steroids but a leagal supplement with efedrin could have been the cause.
