Not sure if this will get any interest but seems like we have enough draft nuts, maybe we can get enough members to participate.
Based on draft pick value chart, each participant gets 2200 pts to draft a team (2200 was value of Texans #3 pick)
Draft UP TO 7 players with the following maximum at each position: No QBs, Ks, OL
Running Back - 1
Wide Receiver - 1
Tight End - 1
Defense Front Seven (DE/DT/OLB/ILB) - 2
Defensive Back (CB/FS/SS) - 2
Yes, there is only one roster makeup to maximize number of players at 7, and team can participate with as few as 1 player selected on team.
Keep same group of players the entire season, every player starts each week regardless of injury. Players can be on multiple teams.
Points based on: (values created to make positions as even as possible)
10 yards Rushing - 1 pt
10 yards Receiving - 1 pt
Touchdown (Off, Def, ST) - 6 pts
Interception - 6 pts
Forced Fumble - 4 pts
Fumble Recovery - 2 pts
Pass defensed - 2 pts
Tackle - 1 pt
Tackle for Loss - 2 pts
Sack - 4 pts
I can create schedule and keep the points old school on a spreadsheet. Will post the rosters and schedule when finalized and results on Tuesday each week.
Need at least (6) to play and will cap at first (16)
Please respond in this thread if interested. Message me directly with roster selections by Sunday, 5/8/2022 at 5:00 PM. Will create a results only thread if we get at least (6) teams. If not will just scrap it.
