2016 Fanspeak Mock Draft Simulator

We have Tony Bergstrom and/or Greg Mancz at C, who have a combined 4 starts in 28 games though 5 seasons between them.

Just sayin'.

Mari-OWNED, I don't understand the Ragland pick in the 1st round. Why do you think that ILB is our biggest need and who would he replace? Cushing played a lot better last year than the year before and at $9M/yr. can we afford him on the bench, McKinney was taken in the 2nd round and played very well for a rookie in the 2nd half of season, he should only get better in 2015.

22: RB EZEKIEL ELLIOTT
52: DT AUSTIN JOHNSON
85: C RYAN KELLY
120: OT JOE HAEG
160: WR BRALON ADDISON
167: S JUSTIN SIMMONS
196: K ROBERTO AGUAYO

It was more of a BPA pick. He's much better than the 22nd best player in this draft class IMO, and I feel with that pick made it would probably be Cushing's last year with the team. (Barring a team-friendly restructure) Ragland and McKinney will be the best ILB corps. the Texans have had since 'Meco and Cush in their young prime days. In today's pass happy NFL, it definitely helps to have more than two quality ILBs to lay the wood.

I could see the Texans most likely going receiver or o-line to fill their needs in the first round, but if they can get someone like Sterling Shepard in the 2nd like I was able to get, I'd personally consider that a major win.

My only complaint with my draft is waiting so long to address the o-line, but if they snag Ragland in the first, I'd be jumping for joy. He's that 5-8 year starter in the middle that is priceless to a team IMO.

Trying this again, post Osweiler & Miller signings:

CBS Sports draft board

22: R1P22 OT JASON SPRIGGS INDIANA
52: R2P21 TE HUNTER HENRY ARKANSAS
85: R3P22 DE BRONSON KAUFUSI BRIGHAM YOUNG
120: R4P21 WR KOLBY LISTENBEE TCU
160: R5P20 G ISAAC SEUMALO OREGON STATE
167: R5P27 DT D.J. READER CLEMSON
196: R6P20 K KA'IMI FAIRBAIRN UCLA

Main focus was to provide young depth on both lines. Considered Henry in the 1st, couldn't pass on him in the 2nd. Listenbee has the speed to take the top off the defense. Fairbairn is an immediate starter. :)

I'm not familiar with Boston and Fairbairn, other than that I really like this mock. Love the dedication to the O-line and D-line, though I don't see Johnson falling to the 3rd round.

*Edit* Sorry I meant Simmons, not familiar with him.

Boston? I don't see Johnson falling to third or Kelly to 52

I'm working on a draft:

Traded up to 1-4 with Dallas giving up 1-22 and 2017 1st to get Laremy Tunsil, Top player in the draft at a position of need.

Traded up to 1-14 with Oakland giving up 2-53 and 2018 1st to get Carson Wentz in a value play.

I know I won't score well giving up both future picks, but I would expect both to be in the bottom of the first and receiving top of the first talent.

Now what would we extract from John Elway to trade BO to them? LOL!

I think you have the wrong thread... no trades in fanspeak
