Selling 2 Texans PSL, Field Level Corner, Section 121 Row U. They are close to the start of the sideline section (section 122). Already sold the season tickets but the buyer would automatically get the rights to the playoffs. Asking $9.5K.

Now willing to accept $8000 as a private transfer sale. After the 5% fee the season ticket rights website charges, it would come out to $8400.

I had a higher offer on Craigslist but haven't heard from the buyer since Friday so not going to wait if I get a fair offer. I paid $8500 myself in May, but willing to accept less than that due to no longer having the season tickets available with the PSL.

I've had various offers back out, so I'm now looking for $6,500. You would need to pay the fee in addition though (5% if you wanted to do a private sale transfer, $250 if you wanted to meet in person at Reliant for the transfer).
 
Currently have a sale pending on my PSLs. Unless the buyer backs out after the Texans ticket office sends the forms, the PSLs are sold (transfer has already been setup through email and accepted).
