**Official Game-Day Thread** 49ers at Texans, Sunday Dec 10, 2017!!

We may have to end the season with some street free agent running backs. It's a bit ridiculous at this point. We have no healthy backs or tight ends. At least reliable ones that can make plays.

4-12 record in 2017 is likely for the Texans.
Maybe 5-11 but that's wishful thinking on my part.

World Series championship in 2017 for the Astros.
20-4 record (best in NBA) for the Rockets in 2017.

At least we still have something to cheer for, Papal.

If you own a Texans jersey, report to NRG Stadium immediately. You'll probably end up playing if these injuries continue.

Injuries suck and of course you're not supposed to hope for an injury. It's simply wrong and no one condones it. Ideally you want to beat an opponent at his best but it can't be denied that a key injury can give you an advantage in a game and improve your odds. That's the moral tightrope we as fans try to balance on and the ethical conundrum we face when seeing a player go down and knowing it will help our team. This brings me to wondering what the injury bug has against Tom Savage?

The 49ers are showing more effort and desire.
Baby Shanny has those men playing hard today.

O'Brien on the other hand, same old, same old... "It's on me. I have to coach better. I let the team down today." Blah, blah after we lose today.

San Francisco is going to beat us today because they out-worked us.

At this point, with all the injuries, the Texans need to withdraw from the NFL and move to the LFL. I bet these ladies can play some ball!!! Legends Football League, aka Lingerie Football League.

Are these guys just coming out with any discomfort because the season is over? Are we just having an unlucky season? Does our training staff not do well in injury prevention?

What is going on?

What a boring ass football game.
T.J. Yates has a nice arm. Looking good this drive.
I mean wow! If only we had started him a month ago?
Maybe we'd still be in the AFC playoff race.

Yates can flat out ball and he's led this team to the playoffs before. Maybe he can lead us to an 8-8 season and we finish .500, a game or two out of the final wild-card spot.

Two choices; Either BOB has no frickin idea what a good QB is or he is so biased for HIS guys he doesn't care about what is best for the team
